Extra Night at WL

DH and I are taking our DS(3yrs. old) to The World for the first time in Jan. 06. DH selected WL again because he loves taking the boat to MK. Plans were all made and paid for in July. Our airline ,ATA, will be pulling out of Indianapolis as of Jan. 9th. Our trip is Jan. 21. Luckily AAA agent found us a great deal with Southwest (direct flights!). She even told us to book it online ourselves for less. Well, the flight home is early, no time for parks. Since we have the ticket for the day, I convinced DH to stay an extra night!!!!! Now I get 7 nights at WL!!! We were there 4 years ago, has much changed? How is transportation? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
