Does anyone know the schedule for the extra hours at the parks. we are going in March and I want to plan our dining around the hours the parks are open later. thanks

I'd like to know too please. :flower:

Disney doesn't release the official hours until 2 months before.....of course that makes no sense since they give you 90 days to make ressies for meals and many people make their plans around EMH.

What I did was look at the past few months and figured out which nights were MK, Epcot, MGM etc and just made the assumption that it would be the same. In my case for September, the nights I planned my meals in Epcot and near MK, did turn out to be the nights for EMH.

JUst remember as folks found out who planned trips this summer-- EMH is schedule to change. There is no "official" set days for which park when. You can look up the history for the last few months and see a pattern though. You will see though too where they switched it up a little bit.

Just came back from WDW today EMH was fantastic. They post long wait times that are actually much shorter! But go when it is already underway for at least 30 mins!

March EMH will be released in early January, but even then you don't know if they will change before you get there.

Actually, there is. However, the official EMH schedule is subject to change, depending on the season. The "normal" EMH schedule is:

Sun- MGM evening EMH
Mon- Epcot morning EMH
Tue- MGM morning EMH and AK evening EMH
Wed- MK evening EMH
Thur- Epcot evening EMH
Fri- MK morning EMH
Sat- AK morning EMH

The morning EMH is 1 hour before the official opening time for Disney Resort guests- the evening EMH is 3 hours past the official closing time.

This schedule has been pretty much intact since the start of the program- during peak times, extra evening EMHs may be added for MK or Epcot. There is no way of knowing the exact EMH schedule for the dates you are going, but you can use the normal schedule as a guide.

I am going in 4 weeks. I know what the EMH are (as of now) and have planned accordingly. What are the chances that any of them would be changed at this late date?

Thanks

Since you are going in September, a slow time for WDW, there most likely won't be any changes. But, when you check in to your Disney Resort, you will get a Park Hours handout, and it will have the up-to-the-minute info on it concerning hours and EMHs.

You should be 99% safe in assuming the EMHs will stay the same for your trip- have a great time!

Thanks, just what I wanted to hear! :sunny:

Just back yesterday and our hours were changed from week to week, we ended up having NO morning EMH for Epcot this Monday but having both EPCOT and MK at night, which worked better for us.

You will be given a flyers at checkin or on Sunday AM if you stay over the weekend with the week's EMH schedule.

Most weeks are the same, but they do change.
