Extra Magic Hours Questions

Do extra magic hours usually follow the same rotation? Do they change weekly? Do anyone know the schedule? I have a visit planned in 8 mts. I would like to begin planning dinning reservations. I want to avoid extra magic hours. SO... I need to know what days to plan for. Any suggestions?

They tend to change them every now and then. But Wednesday evening MK has had evening EMH

They usually follow the same pattern for the current month.. Usually. But emh have no set schedule, are not the same parks on these days month to month, and can change up until that day.

So your best bet is to see any type of park hours/emh available at the time you're ready to book ADRs and just book with that info. Then check back every so often as your trip gets closer to make sure everything's the same or adjust to any change. There's been plenty of people who have set and forgot about ADRs then a week before their trip they realize their 8:30am adr for 9am opening is now during a changed 8am opening or emh.

So just plan with what you see put out at that time and just check back

We went in February 2016 last, and planning on next summer. I've kept my eye on them just to see (even now looking into early next year). For the most part they seem to stay the same, but there are definitely changes here and there before going back to what it was. What I've noticed:

MK- Wed PM, Fri AM
EP- Tues PM, Thurs AM
AK- Sat and Mon AM
HS- Sun AM

Like I said, there are some changes for a week here and there, but for the most part that looks to be about the norm.

Are EMH valid for all days of your reservation - like if you are staying Monday - Thursday, you can access extra magic hours on arrival and exit days as well? So, could you go to late hours Thursday night even though you're not staying on property that night?
