Extra Magic Hours - How reliable are they?

Hi all - I am just wondering - last trip I made my plans based on the calendar that told me the extra magic hours....but then it seems those hours changed...
How reliable are the EMH hours that are posted on the WDW website? I ask because I wanted to make an early AM ADR using the EMH calendar that WDW shows - but I definitely don't want to do it on a day that has early AM EMH at MK....do you know if these are reliable?

I never noticed any changes on the trips I have taken.

The only thing that Disney has done is add an extra hour to the park hours at MK, which would then make the PM EMH later into the morning as it goes on after regular park hours.

AHHH- I bet that was what the change was and I probably just got confused!! lol - not the first time!

I would think they are pretty reliable. I have never seen or heard of them taking hours away. The specific nights are pretty consistent and if anything, they would add hours or days, not take them away.
