Extra Magic Hours (evening)

How do the Extra Magic Hours work in the evening? Does everyone exit the park at regular closing time, then those eligible for the Extra Magic Hours can re-enter? Are you able to do EMHs any time it is offered during your stay, or only once?

You can use EMH every time it is offered during your stay! When the park closes in the evening you must show a Walt Disney World Resort room key card in order to gain access to the rides, no need to exit then re-enter the park. Have fun and enjoy those EMH hours!!

Do you have to be in the park before the Extra magic hours start or can you enter for the Extra Magic Hours after the regular closing time?

you can enter the park at any timebefore or during (assuming you have a park ticket) then use your resort key to enter attractions during the emh hours.

Disney doesn't empty the parks for evening EMH. Non-resort guests are allowed to stay and shop/eat, but only resort guests with KTTW cards are allowed to do any rides/attractions.

Everyone in your party (except kids under 3) must have a valid KTTW to show to the CM to enter any attraction.

If you're a resort guest, you can arrive at any time, even if it's after the regular park close.

You can take advantage of EMH any time you like during your stay, as many times as you like.
