extra magic hours and epcot?

Hey everyone! Ignorant question here.... If Future World closes at 7pm and World Showcase closes at 9pm, then how do the emh hours work for this park? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

We were there Aug 2-9 and the later hours were that future world was open 2 hours longer and the same with the World show case. I didn't go to an early opening at any park.

FW does NOT fully "close" at 7pm on ANY night of the year.

The following attractions stay open until 9pm EVERY night:

Space Ship Earth
Mission: Space
Test Track
Soarin'
and sometimes, Turtle Talk and the Seas Pavillion

And on EMH nights, they (and a couple more) stay open until 12 midnight along with certain WS attractions. (12:30am at Christmas season).

When the kids were younger and not at all interested in WS, we used to leave FW at 7 pm. I had NO idea we could have stayed longer!!!
