Extra Magic Hour at MK

When we were at WDW in June of 03 on the extra magic days, parts of MK didn't open till 10 am. Is that still the case?

Just certain rides open--Fantasyland mainly, but someone can give you the exact rides.

I pulled that from Deb's site at allearsnet.com. From my understanding, extra magic hour is at 8am for resort guests and then at 9am the park opens for all others.

On the extra magic hour, I know what rides are open then, but I was surprised to find that....

Pirates and Haunted Mansion didn't open till 10 am when the park opened at 8 am and the other non-resort guests were let in at 9am.

Do Pirates and Haunted Mansion still open at 10 am?

And, does anyone know when Mickey's Philharmagic opens on an extra magic hour day?

I am trying to decide when to make a ps for my DS and DH.

I was at MK last month and Haunted Mansion, along with the mountains and WDW Railroad opened at 9 with most of the park. Adventureland (including Pirates of the Caribbean), Toontown, Country Bears, Liberty Belle Riverboat, Hall of Presidents, Tom Sawyer's Island, and Timekeeper did not open until 10am.

My DS(12) doesn't want to spend too much time there and most of the rides open during the extra magic hour do not interest him.

I don't know if it's open on Extra Magic mornings, but when I went on Philharmagic, it was on a non-Extra Magic day and it opened at 9am. Got into the first show of the day- no lines, no crowds. It was great.
