Extra Hours

I will be arriving at the BWV about 8:30pm on my first night, which happens to be an Epcot Extra Hours Night. First, how long does Epcot stay open on extra hours night? Second, what time must I be in the park at the latest to take advantage of the extra hours? It seems like I am pushing it, but the difference between a MYW 4 day ticket with Park Hopper and 5 day MYW ticket with park hopper is $1. So can I squeeze the extra hours into my first night? Thanks in advance for any insight or advice.

If the difference is only $1 I'd say go for it....Epcot usually closes at 9pm....So, my guess would be Midnight is when Epcot closes....

I guess I would definetlyl need to be in the park before the official close of 9pm to get my wristband? I probably just answered my own question. I'll be moving the troops quickly that night!

When we used EMH in January, we saw people still coming into the park after the official closing time and were given their wristbands then. We were leaving AK at 7:30PM and it had closed to the public at 5:00PM. I believe you still can enter EPCOT after 9:00 PM and show your resort ID at the turnstile.
