Extra Hours at the Park for Onsite

I was just looking at June's calendar and I see where the days and evenings are with extra hours, but I can't figure out if the extra hours are before and after the hours listed or are included in the hours listed. I think they are not included but I just wanted to check.

EMH are NOT included in the listed park hours.
