Extra Guests added to my reservations

Hi everyone,
I have a 7 day reservation planned. Just so happens my niece and nephew would like to join us for 3 of those days. My ?'s: Do they have to be added to my existing Dinning Plan for the total stay?
Will I have to purchase length of stay tickets for all 7 days?
I don't mean HAVE TO, I love them both to pieces. Just would like to save where I can. He's military and can't stay the entire time.

How many are in your room now? Where are you staying? If you want them to have the dining plan you need to add them for the whole time. You can add them when you check in and not get them the dining plan and get them shorter tickets. They won't be able to use Magical Express though until they are added to your reservation.

If they don't exceed your room occupancy, I would simply add them when they check in. That way they can just stay those three nights and you won't have to purchase your package components for them. If you add them now, you would need to purchase whatever components you have on your package - dining and/or tickets. If you add them at check-in, they can simply stay in the room and you won't have to purchase the package components for them. You would have to buy separate tickets for them, however (if they want to visit the parks) and pay for dining out-of-pocket. As maxiesmom said, they can't utilize DME until they are on the reservation, but you can add them to DME once you've added them to the reservation. Also, if you will now have more than two adults in the room, you will have to pay the extra adult fees for the nights they are there unless you are staying in a family suite.

I'm going through the same thing with my cousin...

Yes, they have to purchase the DDP & length of stay tickets IF you add them to your current reservation and want 60 day FP+.

However, to get around that (ditto what the PPs stated) - wait until you arrive at the resort and ask the front desk to add them to the room for a partial stay. By that point, the requirement for purchasing package components has passed and they only have to pay the additional adult per night room fee (sometimes they waive it).

But, again. this only works if they meet room occupancy. Otherwise front desk will tell you to get another room.

Also, if the Military Salute 4 day passes cover your dates, I would definitely look into that. Then you can at least make 30 day FP+.
