Does anyone know the extended park hours for Guests staying at Disney resorts in November

Yeah - kind of annoying since this was something that was always for everyone - but they have to give you something for staying in an overpriced generic room.

The last time we went to WDW (2019) we stayed at POFQ (moderate resort) and did after hours (9-11pm) at EPOCT. It was not crowed at all-- we walked on to everything. This deluxe only after hours is just another money grab by Disney --force people to pay outrageous resort prices for motel 6 accommodations.
