A couple quick questions about the EMH........

Does everyone in the group need to show their own room key to stay for the EMH?

What if we are staying at the Disney campground? We plan to have 4 adults and three children at the site, do we all qualify for the EMH?

I appreciate any insights into how the process works for getting the wristbands.

Thanks!

When you check in, the CM gives each person in your party a key card. Each person shows their key card to a CM for extra magic hour and they receive a wrsitband. During EMH they will only let you get on the rides if you are wearing a wristband.

The only one who won't have to show their room ID card is a child under the age of 3.

Thanks for the replies! Do you know if they will give us room cards at the campground too?

If I'm reading your replies correctly, it appears that you are cast members. Can you give me any insights into the crowds for the EMH at MGM? (We will be coming on May 15th for the Danskin Triathalon, visiting MK during the day, and hoping to come to MGM at night for the rollercoaster! LAst year when we came for the Tri. the crowds were very low, seems to be that this year the crowds are expected to be higher. Do you think this is true?)

Thanks again!

The number of posts on the DIS give us the automatic tag of DIS Castmember. I don't work at WDW, but I would like to. I bet there will be crowds because of the season. I think some FL schools have a few days off.

Yes, you get room cards at the campground too. This is used to get back in the main gate if you drive your own car to the parks. :sunny:

Last week we - four adults & three children - did the evening EMH at the Studios & at the MK. Both were well worth it & lots of fun! At the MK more attractions were opened than originally scheduled due to the number of guests who actually showed up.

I gave each person a resort ID (children's had no charging privileges), so everyone had oen for EMH. The first night the three children did not carry their IDs, but we had no problem since they were with mom & dad.

Have fun & enjoy EMH!
