Extended hours - random anymore or no?

Hello!

I know that Disney has special extended hours on certain nights for Deluxe resort guests. Years ago (2013-ish) we were there and one night while in Magic Kingdom, they announced the park would have extended hours (for all guests) and stay open until midnight. I believe we left that evening at 1 am. It was the best (and longest) MK visit ever. In planning for an upcoming visit, I am wondering if they do any of these "pop-up" extended hours anymore? Or is it simply by the book - extended evening hours specifically for Deluxe guests on the designated nights and early entry for all Disney resort guests?

I would only count on the deluxe nights or after hour parties.

Extra hours has been EPCOT on Mondays and MK of Wednesdays. Think this will be the same for September and October with MNSSHP?

MNSSHP
Sept runs Sun, Tues, Fri
Oct runs Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri
and on 3 Monday holidays - Labor Day, Columbus and Halloween

Monday is Epcot EEH, and no MNSSHP on Wed‘s so MK EEH should be fine. I think it’s a pretty safe bet they’ll continue with this schedule.
