If we get a VQ for Guardians earlier in the day, can we get another one when they drop for the extended hours or is it only one per day?

I believe it's one per day, but you can do a paid ILL and a VQ.

This is incorrect. You can get in the VQ for Extended Evening even if you were successful for the 7:00a or 1:00p VQs during the day. In theory you could ride it 3 times on EE -- ILL, regular VQ, and EE VQ.

@kes601 is correct, the 6 PM DEEH VQ drop is completely separate from the 7AM/1PM VQ drop and the paid ILL$, and you could ride 3 times on a DEEH day.

Sometimes it goes immediately. Other times it can last 30+ minutes. On MLK Monday it lasted at least 30 minutes, but that was a very slow week at Disney.

Are deluxe extended hours only at Epcot and MK? I was reading another thread and they mentioned DHS, but that might have only been for the holidays.

They only do DHS when one of the other parks isn’t available for some reason. I think there was a special party at MK so they moved that night to DHS.

I wish they would just announce for May, I am assuming May 3rd (Wednesday) will still be MK but it sucks having to wait to plan

They’ve been announced as the rolling calendar for park hours is released.

The first time I did it in December it was a walk onto the preshow. But we went and rode instead of watching harmonious that night on MLK I want to say we waited maybe 10 to 15 minutes to the preshow.

Does anyone know if it’s pretty normal for the MNSSHP to be on Sunday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday the last week of September. We’re staying that whole week and I planned on doing magic kingdom on that Wednesday when they have the extended hours and I was gonna MK on Sunday too, but I don’t want to if they’re gonna have the Halloween party. I seriously will be so glad if they ever get rid of this park reservation thing.

Extra evening hours are only for anyone staying at for deluxe & DVC resorts. If you’re at a DVC hotel, yes you’re included, whether or not you’re a member. If you’re an DVC member, staying at a value or moderate resort, you are not included. All resorts get the 30 minute early entry.
