Extended Evening Hours

$2,800 for 2 extra nights at 2 hours each? If you had a big party and it was all four parks....maybe

But, why not stay in AOA and look at the xmas party tickets? You'll get your MK fix and still save money over switching to Deluxe.

We’re staying the week where there are no Halloween or Christmas parties. AKL felt like a value resort with waiting for buses, no housekeeping (4th day got someone to clean and give us towels), long walks and no great dining options. Even staying at AOA was not great as the skyliner took 45 mins in the am and when it rained it took us 1.5 hr to get back on 2/3 nights we used it; wait times at parks were 45+ even for tier 3 rides. We gave up BOG and Oga’s after 3 rides. We have dinner ADRs for 5 of our 6 nights.

I feel like AKL is a level between moderate and deluxe because of the transportation and distance from everything else at WDW.

I would love to hear suggestions on a general plan of attack for these Deluxe evening hours. Is it best to start in a certain land in Mk or pavilion in Epcot? How successful have you been? How many rides were you able to do in the two hours? Thank you

Time to get out the crystal ball :)

Do you think that extended evening hours will be crowded? More useful during times of high crowds or low? I While it seems that deluxe and DVC only would not be a lot of people, I started looking at the number of eligible rooms for and it ended up being over 10,000.

Do you think that the parks with extended hours in the evening will be more crowded on those days from guests planning to stay late or less crowded because some people follow the "avoid the park with extra hours if not eligible" theory?

Your post has been merged with a thread where people are sharing their experiences since EE began a month ago.

Not offering Remy, at this point, during the Epcot EE hours is just a blatant way to sell IA$ passes for it during the day.

It doesn't need a VQ. From everything I've read, it's a fine ride, but nothing out of this world. Demand is there because it's new, but I've seen zero posts saying it's a "must re-ride".
