Extended Evening Hours

Tonight is the first one at EPCOT. Looking for some reports from those who may have attended.

Heading back to bay lake tower! It was amazing…walked on soaring no wait , had people in my party who have never been there so went on Nemo, three caballeros, then frozen and they said wanna ride again we said sure and walked onto another boat for a second ride. Walking out we were handed a free pretzel. They were scanning magic bands at ride entrances to ensure eligibility. Very happy and hope it is similar on the 6th when we try at MK.

Great night! Could've walked on to every ride. Frozen had a short weight early in the night. Amazing to be in the parks when they were so quiet

During my upcoming trip i'm checking out of the Contemporary and in to Pop on an Extended hours evening. When I talked to a CM on the phone they said I would be able to take advantage of them on my c/o day. Anyone done that yet?

How about the F&W booths and pavilions? Also open? or closed at regular park hours?

i'm disappointed during my stay soon there are no mk extended evening hours on the days we are going. bummer. there is one epcot evening. but i really wanted mk too.

Anyone have a report on when lines get short at tier 1 rides? We are doing boo bash on 17, but if we also want to take advantage of this then we would end up staying out until midnight again the following night and then again Wednesday which might be a bit much for the rest of the family. If lines are short right away then it might be worth it to plan some rides in the first part and then head out? Probably should t have done boo bash and just enjoyed those two evenings, but that would be a hard pitch to sell.

Most were closed. Some stayed open for a short period after fireworks. Creations looked open at 11:15

Since you mentioned the Caballeros, did you happen to see if La Cava del Tequila was open during extended hours?

Lines were short for most attractions by 7:30 last night. A bit longer for some rides but my guess is they would have dropped off quickly once the extended hours started.

This is being discussed in the Deluxe Extra Nighttime Hours thread. Since last night was the first night there are not a lot of people who will have switched resorts yesterday but discussion based on other Disney policies is being taken into consideration.

I hope Deluxe ENH continues in 2022. It's hard, and actually kind of weird not knowing what to expect or plan for. In some ways I didn't like have to think of and plan for everything so far ahead, but then I find myself getting kind annoyed when you can't. They want you to make a park reservation in advance, but something like extra hours would influence my reservations.

Seems like it is Epcot on Mondays and MK on Wednesdays so far.
