Express VIP Pass

In 2009 Universal was offering online in August-October one, two, and seven
day Express VIP Passes.I can't find these offered online anywhere. These
were not the Expres or Express plus add ons,but rather admission tickets
with unlimited FOL access. The two park seven Express VIP Pass was $259.99.Are these still available for purchase at the parks?

The VIP Express tickets have been apparently retired and are no longer available. The only Express Plus passes still available are the regular one or two park passes...as always.
