Express Pass "starting at $39.99" When??

I was looking at the express passes, expecting them to be $40 during the slow season as it is advertised on their website by stating they "start at $39.99". I looked at the whole year and they don't go below $64.99 at any point of the year. Am I mistaken or is this some bait & switch crap?

It's also based on volume of passes you buy. Price goes down the more you buy together. If you select 4 in the QTY, then you can find (albeit not that many) dates that have them for $39.99

The advertisement is for the park to park express, $39.99!! $34.99 for the single park.

It must be what the other poster said, you have to buy a Qty of 4. I wonder if you can split that up with another couple or if they're combined onto one admission card?

Express Passes are not grouped, they are individual. The might be a group discount, never tried. I do know that each person has their own pass that is scanned on each ride, multiple times on some rides. Even if you are the "pass holder" and keep them for your group, each pass is still scanned on every ride.
