express pass plus question for April 28

We will be going to IOA and US April 28th and are going to both parks in 1 day. My questions are should we pay the $25 for the express pass plus and for that time of the year what are the crowds like.

I don't think the crowds would be bad and I would wait on the express passes and if it is really busy then you could always get them the same day at the park cause I am asuming since they are only $25 for that day they are not expecting a big crowd or the prices would be way higher

As Lawrence stated...wait on the Express passes as you might not need them. Summer is a busy time but if you get to the parks early, you should be able to do the bigger rides with little or no wait.

The only problem I see is that we are trying to do both parks in 1 day. I wonder how long will the lines be with and without the express pass plus?

There is no need to buy it beforehand. Go, check it out and if it seems that you aren't getting things done as quickly as you would like, then purchase the pass.

It you get there before opening, it will make a big difference.
