I have a question for those of you who have been reviewers of the week:
I was shocked to get a t-shirt in the mail from Expo with a note thanking me for the video on kool-aid I loaded. First of all, I didn't even remember I had made a kool-aid video! Then I was checking my email and I clicked on the expo reviewer of the week email and saw my own face looking back at me! I didn't know what this was?? I went on to read that all the reviewers of the year will be awarded $10000.00 with the minimum prize being $10! So there are 156 total reviewers of the week right?? I would be thrilled to get anything...heck I was just thrilled to get the t-shirt!!! Expo is sooo fun!! Thank you OP for posting this thread!! That's the first I had heard of it!! This is how we are funding our next vacation!!

Congrats! I had a video of the week once (Magic Bullet) and got a T-shirt too. It is a nice suprise when it arrives!

1. How do you keep track of the products you review?
2. Is it ok for DH and I both to review same products?
3. How do I know which products are ok to review? I saw a basic list, but are all brands accepted?
4. Do the amounts vary month to month? I know they used to be $5 each, but now it seems they vary by product.

Also any other tips you can provide, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can see all your reviews right on your expotv profile page, in case you don't remember what you have already reviewed.

You can review only one product per household, so you and DH can't do the same item.

If the product isn't in their database (and I usually check, before I do a review) then you have to provide an internet link to show that it is nationally available, such as at Wal-Mart, Kroger, etc.

On the 1st of every month they will post the new guidelines for reviews including the allowed amount for the month and what each catagory is paying. They have had the same pay scale for the last 3 months now, but you never know when that will change. Always make sure you check the current guidelines.

Allyson, so does this mean that the top reviewers for the year will split $10,000.00 in cash and prizes??? I saw that somewhere and it said the minimum prize would be at least $10.00. Since there are 3 per week that would be 156 reviewers total, not a bad chance to get a very decent prize!!!

Well, I tried to sign up last night. Put in all my info, and then it told me that I would be receiving an e-mail verification shortly, and that I would have to click the link in the e-mail before I would actually be signed up. I waited and waited for an e-mail to come, but nothing. I know it said to check my junk and spam folders, but I don't have those...so I don't know where my e-mail went. I usually don't have a problems getting my e-mails, so I don't know what's going on with this one. I tried again later last night, and it told me that my e-mail address had already been used. Checked my e-mail again this morning, and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas? I guess I could always e-mail them. I am really excited to get started on this!!!

I had the same thing happen a couple days ago. I finally emailed them thru their contact us link at the bottom of the page and explained the situation. They got back to me yesterday! Good Luck!

Thanks so much for letting me know. I feel much better. So, I'm guessing that you were able to get signed up successfully? I'm going to check my e-mail again today at lunch, and if there's still nothing, then I will e-mail them. I guess it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and make some vidoes in the mean time, right?

I also had this happen. I e-mailed them the next day and today got a response. They seem to have a problem with this. Just follow the directions on the response e-mail (when you contact them) and you should be ok.

I think the problem is your file is too big. 35MB could take up to a half hour to upload. My files are around 5MB and only take a couple minutes.
