EXPIRED: Part ONE of 2015 CLUB LEVEL (CL) INFORMATION and HELP Thread DO NOT POST HERE!!!

They had hot oatmeal at the end of March/beginning of April. But no hard boiled eggs, like at the Epcot area CLs. On the other hand, the OUTSTANDING evening appetizers our first night in Poly CL more than made up for that. Sushi, tuna and a really yummy salad, along with some very nice cheeses. Best evening appetizers I've seen at CL to date!

I am so glad to hear their evening apps are still great! Especially after our BWI stay last year, i feared all the lounges were scaling back :(

Has anyone had CL on Marathon weekend? I'm wondering if they maybe put something out a little earlier for everyone that is up and about.

My kingdom for a cup of coffee and a muffin pre-race! :lmao:

We were CL @ BC this past marathon weekend, but we were not doing the marathon. While I wasn't up @ 4 AM, there was no indication that they had anything available then. The check in materials all list the usual food & service times. We did however get woken up by the start off fireworks!

Stayed BWI CL for the Princess Half Marathon and we were up early for the 5K and then I was up early for the half. The lounge was not open, but I really appreciated that they advised me of that and offered for me to take breakfast items with me the night before. I didn't, but only because I booked the race retreat for the half (and we didn't need anything before the 5K - just ate breakfast in the lounge when we returned.) But I appreciated the offer!

Thanks to you both - this is helpful!

Anyone just at Poly CL? Did they have hot oatmeal?

Thanks

We were just there last week (Easter week) and they had the hot oatmeal. We were also there last July 4 week and there was also hot oatmeal then too. That is my normal breakfast there!

Oh that's good to know!

My husband does the same thing for marathon morning. He gets a bagel and banana the day before the race and just keeps them in our room fridge for race day. The lounges aren't open early for runners unfortunately, but with a little pre-planning it's easy. :thumbsup2

It's so strange to go to the Disney website and see availability at Poly CL in all 3 view categories for an AP rate! Every time I see it my heart does a little flutter thinking back to all the years I tried and tried to find availability and couldn't. Not a single room at YC, BC, or BWI for our dates, but anything we want at the Poly is wide open.

I wish that was the case for our May16-22 trip, it would save me $235.00!:badpc: So far it is only available May 18th for one night so I would need 3 different ressies. That is just not worth the $50.:confused3 I keep trying though.:faint:

Bummer! Too bad you aren't going in June!

To those who have stayed GF CL, is sparkling water available? (Perrier, San Pellegrino, etc.) I have had it at BC CL and see it in other lounges photos, but not sure of I see it in the Grands ones. (Staying SL soon.) thanks!!!

Did you guys know they have a phone number for club level guests? 407-WDW-CLUB

I had no idea! Some expert I am.... NOT! :rotfl:

If you happen to be chatting with any CL CM's ask them about BC CL renovation time line. They probably don't know, but they might have heard rumors. When I was at the BC CL last month a CM told me a bunch of BC CL CM's are heading over to the YC CL side during the closing.

Ok that was a lot of abbreviations LOL!!! :rotfl2:

And if you see Shakira in the lounge tell her she's awesome!! :goodvibes Love her :thumbsup2

How does the alcohol work on the CL? Is it unlimited throughout the day? That is something I actually do not want. I wasn't sure if it was limited to the evening only.

Thanks!
