Any pictures of afternoon tea, afternoon snacks or drink appetizers at AKL concierge level? Trying to book for next February for first time.
I have heard this same issue with other people with teenage sons. Is it something in their high testosterone levels?? I swear they are fine at home in their separate rooms but when you put them together it's like two cavemen battling for territory! My oldest has suddenly rediscovered his love of wrestling and thinks his younger brother is his own personal test dummy.

We too are hooked on Poly CL -- especially love the spacious rooms with a guaranteed daybed. I fear we are outgrowing the BC rooms if they did not add a sufficient amount of daybeds. So sad about this because BC used to be our ultimate favorite resort.
Same here......get them away from home in close quarters and everything suddenly changes...and not for the better.
I have always wondered why the BC (and YC) had only so many rooms with a daybed, especially since the resort is advertised to accommodate 5 people. From what I understand, all rooms at BWI (with the exception of maybe 1 or 2) have a daybed, so not sure why BC/YC isn't the same, especially when the rooms among those 3 resorts are comparable in size.
HA! My preteen daughters may kill each other but that is pretty par for the course. My son has pictures of 'his' daybed from each deluxe. He has his little album of beds. LOL The one time we stayed at BC they did give us a room with a cot. DS was 6 and started crying when the CM said that. The CM immediatly found us a room with a daybed! DS is 11 now. CMs would probably look at him funny if he started crying!Don't get me wrong, the Beach Club is an awesome resort for families and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for groups of 4 or 5 people. I was only referring to my own personal situation which is not normal. My teenage sons are possibly trying to kill each other.

So thrilled that on the Dream everyone will have their own bed. And that the kids will be in a connecting room!
I sure will post pics along with our room number.

I think it has something to do with the roof design. So many of them have those dormers or walls that come into the room dimensions. Also I think the original furniture that use to be in those rooms was really large and chunky.
Thanks! We like the Poly too, but the deluxe rooms at GF RPC are incredible! They are 700+ square feet ( I can't remember the exact number). Plus you have the band every night without fighting for a seat in the lobby.
I was hoping to see the appitizers for the evening snack time and deserts at AKL. Only saw breakfast on your report, but Thank you!

Even though it's not club level I hope you guys will join in.Connor has already told me he expects croissants and chocolate chip cookies set out for him on trays. I have created a monster!!!
I've stayed RPC in a standard room, but I'm really wanting to try a deluxe room. There are only 4 of us, but the extra space would be great. With that said, I'm afraid to try a deluxe because I'm thinking once I try it I won't want to stay in a regular room again.
Right -- it's sort of like staying CL and how my family can't stay in a regular non-CL room anymore. RPC is on my radar, just not Easter week lol. Hoping to try it sometime during value season with a good discount because we also will want TPV (Poly has us spoiled with that awesome view)....
We're just staying in the standard RPC room. My first time in 20 years. I really don't remember much about my stay there it was so long ago. But I'm hoping we'll get a nice room location. I can't even imagine how awesome those deluxe rooms are! WOW!!!![]()

I know....I'll most likely book a standard RPC room with TPV (if that's a category). I'm really excited to try it!
