I would consider myself an expert - I've been to WDW 15+ times in the past 7 years...but I *always* stick to the same restaurants!! I need to branch out!!! Here's the deal - I'm going with my mother (59), and my sister (31). It's a girls trip!! Here are the usual places we go:

Liberty Tree Tavern, 1900 Park Fare, Crystal Palace, California Grill, Tony's in MK, all the restaurants at the Poly, restaurants at the Swan & Dolphin, and Chef Mickeys.

So help us!!! Where else can we go for a different experience, but fabulous food!! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I need to make some reservations! Going at the end of Oct. Yes, I know about the Wine and Food fest at Epcot. Also, we're picky eaters...don't like foreign food too much, all the restaurants at Epcot are not the appealing...

Thanks for the help!!!

the GF cafe is yummy! my favs. are for breakfast and lunch. we also love 1900 park fare. you could try WCC, 50's prime time (yummy! and its "normal" food.. :goodvibes ) in Epcot we like Le cellier. I am picky to and these all work great for me!

Narcoosee's is fabulous (Grand Floridian) . I really like Spoodle's too (Boardwalk). They're pricey but really good!

We love Boma at AKL!!!
Also place that we enjoy are
50's Prime time
Sci Fi-for burgers
Flame tree
Beaches and Cream
Jiko
Yacht Club Galley
Crystal Palace
Rose and Crown-love sitting near the water
We also enjoy to eat as we go around the countries when at WS.

I would suggest you make a trip over to the Animal Kingdom lodge and try either Boma or Jiko for dinner. Both of them are fantastic. Jiko is our favorite place to dine at WDW. The AKL is a great place to explore also. :)

I would recommend Rose and Crown at Epcot. The menu should be fine for picky eaters. Cape May would be a great choice for breakfast.

As others have suggested, Spoodles, Boma, Grand Floridian Cafe, Beaches and Cream, 50's and Yacthsman Steahouse would all be great choices.

You may think Boma is too exotic for you, but give it a try. The best thing about a buffet is there are plenty of choices. They serve a wonderful breakfast, too.

We have some friends who like regular home cooked comfort type foods. They don't like anything that is not what they might not normally eat. (Not adventerous eaters at all. They are even picky on the type of potates they eat.)
They really like:
Prime Time Cafe (MGM) -- DH and I ate lunch there today. :goodvibes
Cape May Cafe
Trail's End Buffet
Concourse Steak House
LTT

None are my favorites. But for straight forward decent American food you can't go too wroing with these.

If you like seafood, try Cape May Cafe at Beach Club.

Wolfgang Puck, Downtown Disney...we had an awesome dinner there! DH had a steak that was FABULOUS, I had a great seafood entree, and DH had flatbread pizza.

From one picky eater to another, this I can help you with. I've found that the restaurants are very accomadating to my "I would like such and such, but plain (no sauce) and can I change the veggies from broccoli to green beans." My absolute musts are:

Rose & Crown
50's Primetime Cafe
Crystal Palace
Tusker House

Some good places to dine:
Concourse Steakhouse
Le Cellier (I always order the steak plain and have been very happy)
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Liberty Tree Tavern
House of Blues

I eat at Raglan Road at least twice a month. I love it. Give it a try!

I would try 50's Prime Time or Mama Melroses, Kona, Yachtsman, Tangerine Cafe has wonderful rotisserie chicken.....

Boma...i was a bit skeptical when i first looked at the menu - i was sooo wrong, it was wonderful

ESPN cafe. I love it there as we do not have these in the UK. It's fun, especially in the restaurant and the food is great. I absolutely love watching hockey games there on the big screen.

I'm pretty picky myself and I loved Le Cellier. You can order your steaks without the sauces.

I also like 50's Prime Time. I guess I have a thing for anything 50s themed, because I like Sci-Fi as well. (Both are in MGM.) As for EPCOT, I really like Le Cellier. I've been to Rose & Crown once, and I liked it there. My family and I don't really stay in AK a lot after about 11 A.M., but most of the time we will go to the Rainforest Cafe. As for MK, I don't really know; I like Crystal Palace myself.

Le Cellier is FABULOUS and it is hard to get into. We always do 1900 @ GF, 50's Cafe @ MGM, Boma @ AKL, we ate at the Concourse Steakhouse for the first time and we actually ate the Buffalo steak and it was fabulous.
