Experiences at AKL Villas?

I just purchased DVC and AKL Villas are my new home. I know that very little of the villas are actually open and being used, but wanted to hear what they experiences were like thus far. I can't wait for Kidani Village to open as I was told the rooms will be slightly larger than Jambo House's are right now.

I have seen some people talk about their experiences on the DVC forums here, so I might go check out those forums. They sounded really good though and was very tempted to stay there as well for our next trip but opted to go with BCV this time. Congrats on your DVC purchase! Welcome Home

Welcome Home! and Congratulations. I own at the Wilderness Lodge Villas and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I plan to do a split stay between the AKL and WLV next year. There is a section on this website specifically for DVCers and you can get a lot of valuable info there. Lots of DVCers have posted the AKL experience there with lots of pictures. One perk that I think is quite valuable for us DVC owners is the $100 off the annual pass. WELCOME HOME!
