Experience with selling HHI points

Does anyone have experience selling their ownership interest in HHI? What are the options? Will Disney buy them back--and at what price?

List them with a reseller like the sponsor of this forum and when you get an offer, DVC can excersise right of first refusal, and then COULD buy it back, or you would sell it to the buyer. I don't believe you can sell back to Disney directly any other way.

Check out Beca's ROFR thread. I believe some HH points were rofr'd recently at around $68 pp.

Also look to see what current points are listed at--you could try a fsbo for a bit less, since you'd be saving the commission. Tug2 is a good site for this. It would be worth a shot. Of course, if you have banked points, that always helps.
