Glad to see this thread come back to life for its intended purpose— I will try to add a room view request … actually no I won’t because the chat feature isn’t loading!
I called earlier this week to put in a room request. I wasn’t asked to confirm it’s for personal use but the CM did run down the names of the guests on the reservations. Was the personal use questions asked for other members just putting in room requests? I’ve lost track.
Update, chat decided to pop-up eventually. I added view requests to 4 outstanding trips (I’m lead guest on all of them, FWIW) and was not asked about the Ts&Cs.
Just spoke with member services, I’m heading to a resort for the weekend. I forgot to add my husband’s name to the reservation (oops!) and I needed to add him this morning so he can get through security, he’s meeting the rest of us there. The cast member was sweet and we were laughing that it wouldn’t be cute if we were all in the pool and he was stuck at the gate. She did still ask me to confirm that this was for personal use, even with me as the lead guest, and the rest of us linked to our MDE.
