Experience with BDL and holidays?

I regularly fly to MCO from BDL and know when to arrive for my flight. BUT this time DH and I are flying out the day after Thanksgiving. I expect the airport will be busier than usual?

Any opinions as to a safe arrival time? Our flight leaves at 12:35 and I USUALLY arrive about an hour before boarding which, in this case, would be arriving around 11AM for a noon boarding.

It's busiest early in the morning on a saturday. You should be fine. We left for Las Vegas the same time you are leaving BDL and it wasn't busy at all. Most people are already where they want to be the day after Thanksgiving and aren't traveling yet. We are traveling down to MCO from BDL the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but not till early evening. Should be fine then too.

spitting distance from the airport and although I like to be early enough to get a cup of coffee, then hit the restroom before boarding, I don't want to sit for an hour cooling my heels. So we probably won't get there a lot earlier than normal. Thanks for the input!
