oooohhh! Make sure to rest it and let it heal. It sound very painful
and the race is coming so soon. Better to have it healthy and lose a wee bit of time on your run than to have to keep running on an injured leg.

In regards to DIS on an iphone - I can access websites on my ipod touch and I find it EXTREMELY slow and not worth the bother on there as well.
Are you taking a laptop that you could use?? That's what we use on trips.

Yes, just little safety pin holes. Doesn't really hurt anything. Just my preference now to attach the bib to my belt.
So I understand your frustration! You will recover, and you will do this in the future! Meanwhile, take it easy and follow the doctors orders. Easier said than done, I am well aware.
