Not sure where to post?
Anyone ever cancelled air ressies? :confused3
We have a new special here for direct flights (allegiant air??) for $59 each way. I already bought our 4 tkts for $209 each on expedia.
If I could change flights, I could really save some $$ :Pinkbounc

There's no simple answer to your question because each airline has its own policies and procedures. If you bought non-refundable tickets, they are just that -- non-refundable (the trade-off is that non-refundable tickets are much cheaper than the refundable kind!). On most airlines, non-refundable tickets are EXCHANGABLE for other flights on that same airline, but there is always a fee for changing tickets, and I've seen those fees range from $35 to $100 per ticket. In your case, if you switch airlines and have non-refundable tickets on the first airline, you're not gonna get one cent back -- so for example, if you bought a $200 ticket, and if your airline has a $50 ticket change fee, and you decide to switch airlines, you'll have a $150 credit per ticket from the first airline good towards the cost of another flight on that airline only, and if you don't use it by whatever expiration date there is you'll lose it.

I hope that makes sense.

And to add to the confusion. Expedia has it's own set of rules which make changing them even harder. Generally if you buy via Expedia you are stuck, but give them a call.
