I am expecting, is it true that they will not let me sail if they find out? Even if I have a note from my Doctor saying that I am fine?

I believe you can sail up until your 24th week. I'm sure I will be corrected if I'm wrong.

Pregnancy/Infants
Women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date will be refused passage due to safety concerns. Neither a physician's medical statement nor a waiver of liability will be accepted. In addition, Disney Cruise Line cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to pregnancy at any stage. Infants under 12 weeks old will not be allowed to travel aboard Disney Cruise Line ships.

This is b/c if something were to happen during your pregnancy, the ship is not prepared to take care of it.

Congratulations!

We sailed last year when I was 20 weeks pregnant. Just let DCL or your travel agent know that you are pregnant and they will get you a medical form that your doctor needs to fill out and sign.

It's pretty fun to cruise while your pregnant because you can eat and eat and eat and not feel guilty at all!
