Can anyone shed light on what discounts and/or package perks happen during mid to late January. Trying to decide whether better to rent DVC points or stay at a deluxe resort. Also I know attendance is low, is it pretty easy to get around on inside transport vs. renting a car? Last, are the resort pools heated this time of year? Thanks.
