Expectations for WDW during D23?

We have a trip booked for November 16 2016. We will have an infant this time and really wanted to stay on the monorail, so we booked Poly. We have been unable to get FD or a room discount thus far. Today we realized we will be there during the D23 conference as well as the celebration of Poly's anniversary.

Does anyone know what we should expect as far as crowds in the parks during D23? Will it be worse than normal? What about monorail service?

D23 Destination D is only about 1,200 people. You may notice a surge of people at the Contemporary at lunch time and at the monorail leaving each day around 5 PM, but outside of Trader Sam's being a little harder to get to, you probably won't notice a crowd at the Poly.
