Exiting MK during HEA

so back in February, I booked a 7:25 BOG for our Aug trip with the intention of eating and leaving MK before Wishes/HEA (I thought HEA would begin at 10). With the show beginning at 9, we will be lucky if we can head for the exit by 9.

How difficult of a time will I have trying to get to the front of the park and out the front gate if I try to leave just before or during the show?

We are seeing HEA a different night, and I'd like to beat the crowd out on this particular night...

We still don't know, for sure if HEA will begin at 9PM. It's too early to tell if they will change the sched.

Thousands of guests DO exit during the fireworks shows, so you may not be exiting
to empty transportation at that time.

(And, no, it won't be particularly easy.)

Once you get to mid-way up on Main Street, however, the lights will be on and the crowd will be much thinner.
