Exit Survey...do you fill in the Additional Info field?

For those of you who think the Exit Survey helps in generating a pin...I know most of you recommend checking Not the Best Value as the reason for not booking, but what do you do about the box asking for additional info? Do you leave it blank or fill it in? I've started to fill it in, but I feel like everything I write (although true) feels like a blatant attempt at getting a pin...and therefore might end up having the exact opposite effect.

Maybe I'm thinking about it too much.

I have -- and did get a pin to the address associated with the survey.

However, that's no guarantee...

Don't feel guilty about it -- there are thousands and thousands getting pins. You want to go... you need a pin to do it... You might mention that a good package deal will likely induce you to a) stay longer, b) include a dining plan, or c) upgrade to a moderate/deluxe resort...

I've done it numerous times. I've also done the whole "save this offer", additional emails, update your profile information, etc. and still haven't gotten a pin! Oh well, Disney knows I'm gonna come back pin or no pin.

Good News! I finally got a PIN today that I can use! The only bad thing is that it required me to book my first night as Room Only, which means I lose my Dining Plan for that day. Wouldn't really be a big deal, except that's when I'm booked for our most expensive meal...the Hoop do Doo Review! The total savings on the reservation is a little over $1000, so nothing to sneeze at, but my OOP for Hoop will be close to $300 for the 6 of us. So I guess it's more like $700 savings. I'm thrilled, but still crossing my fingers for free dining, which would still be a better deal for my family.

To the OP who asked about the Exit Survey...it should pop up if you back out of a resevation before actually booking online. In my case, I was trying a few different dates/resorts etc. I saved them and then hit the back button on my browser and it came up asking why I hadn't gone through with my booking. I chose "not the value I wanted" as my reason. I got a pin at that email a couple of days later!

I got the QS dining pin we used for our trip a couple weeks ago. I did the survey and wrote in comments "Please I need a pin!" . Can't hurt!
