Can anyone recommend a good exercise video or exercise video set (ones which comes with some kind of equipment)?

My best recommendation is The Firm. They simply are the most widely-effective exercise sets I've encountered. When I do The Firm, I am fit. When I don't, I'm not. It's that simple.
