I did 60 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes of yoga

Next???????
 
I did the 4 mile WATP this morning.

Next?????
 
I ran for 80 minutes and swam for 25 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????
 

30 minute WATP Walk/Jog & 60-minute WATP 4-mile--90 minutes total today! Keep it up, everyone! :thumbsup2
 
i walked 35 min, and am about to go do biggest loser - 5 min warmup, 25 min low impact and 10 min cooldown, so 75 min. for today.
