Good morning Wishers!

This morning I did Firm super body sculpt (upper body). I was feeling a bit lazy so it was a quick one.

What did you do to move your body today?

I did my own Cathe mish-mosh this morning mixing several step premixes from her Step, Pump & Jump and Cardio & Weights dvds to create my own 60 minute all-cardio workout. It's fun to create my own routines--keeps the boredom away!:jester:

Who's next.......? :)
 
Ran for 45 minutes outside; then ran up and down 90 stairs that are built into the side of a hill. Did that 4 times each. Feeling good.
 

Two workouts for me today, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
