This morning I did 45 minutes on the treadmill.

I did 35 minutes of strength training.

I just did 45 minutes lower body weights and abs

Next???????????
 

45 minute swim lesson in the morning.
20 minute swim this afternoon. Love those double up days! :sunny:
 
A double workout for me as well, running in the morning (4.24 miles in 36:05) and Curves after work.
