Exercise Thread for Tuesday, November 23

Wow! My first morning workout in months AND i get to be the first poster! I ran 3 miles and did upper body weight training today! :cool1:
 
1/2hr walk outside this morn - i need to put more of an effort into getting my 10,000 steps every day

next?
 
I had a good but cooooold morning jog today, 4.4 miles in 39 minutes. Time to break out the gloves... (hey, I do live in California!) :p
 

Count me in!
45 minutes upper body weights
50 minutes treadmill with killer hills!

who's next????????
 
Well I had the intention of doing a 30 minute cardio tape but my legs are quite sore from yesterdays workout. I have dance class tonight (2 hours) so hopefully that will ease some of the soreness:p
 
I did an hour's worth of firm tapes this morning.
