This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next ?????????
 
Count me in, I did the firm standing legs.

I did lower body weights, abs and 25 minutes jogging. Maybe I'll get a Pilates tape in this evening.

50 min walk for me this morning.....It was soooooo dark at 5:50AM! But I saw a great sunrise! :sunny:
 
We have been having some really nice weather here, I got out and walked at lunch time, a mile and a half.
