This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ?????
 
:wave: We have a two-hour delay for work and school this morning due to snow and as much as I would have liked to stayed in bed I dragged myself up at 6am and did 4-1/2 miles on the elliptical. I feel much better for it, but would love to crawl back into bed since everyone in the house is still asleep!!! But I really need to hit the shower first!

Cardio today-30 minutes cross trainer, 30 minutes on the bike, 45 crunches (so far).

Next?
 
I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 39 minutes.

Who's up next? Let's hear it! :)

I did my FIRST 2 mile WATP!!! I could not be happier!!!! That is huge for me!!!
 
1/2hr walk outside this morn before heading to work
boots, 2 sweatshirts, gloves, winter coat, etc but hey I did it!

Thirty minutes of aerobics and ten minutes with hand weights. I know it's not as impressive as the rest of you today, but it's better than doing nothing. :D
 
30 minutes elliptical
30 minutes recombent bike
20 minutes StairMaster
