We have a two-hour delay for work and school this morning due to snow and as much as I would have liked to stayed in bed I dragged myself up at 6am and did 4-1/2 miles on the elliptical. I feel much better for it, but would love to crawl back into bed since everyone in the house is still asleep!!! But I really need to hit the shower first!
Thirty minutes of aerobics and ten minutes with hand weights. I know it's not as impressive as the rest of you today, but it's better than doing nothing.
