Today I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes upper body work, 15 minutes on the cross trainer and swam for 20 minutes.

Who's next ??????

1/2hr walk outside this morn - on the ice. Slipped a few times but kept at it - didnt get out there yesterday

Friend just called and wants to walk outside so I'll be going again but I checked and now the ground seems back to normal
 
I am getting back on track with my exercising, so I will be posting here regularly. I finished the 1/2 in a little over 3 1/2 hours. That is my start and we are staying at WDW until the 17th. I will be getting in my walking and then once home, back on the TM for me. I'll have to clean the dust off of it and hope that it remembers how to work, but it will be happening. I'll be reading while down here and then start checking back each day for the exercise thread.

In honor of all the WISH walkers who completed the 1/2 marathon on Sunday, I ran... a quarter-marathon! :cool: 6.4 miles in 63 minutes.
