Exercise Thread for Sunday, August 21st

This morning I ran for 60 minutes. Usually do more at the weekends but I have a really busy day today. Will try and go for a swim tonight.

35 minutes on the treadmill and 5 min with the punching bag-- trying to get back on track, I plan to increase the time gradually over the next month. I feel great!

DH and I did our own little "biathlon" this morning, biking for 16.4 miles (average speed 12.9 mph) and then immediately going for a run, 3.24 miles in 28:25. I was expecting the run to be really hard, but it was surprisingly doable!
