This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill, 25 minutes on the cross trainer and 25 minutes swimming.

Who's next????????
 
I did firm thigh, hips and abs this morning

Who else?
 

Two work outs for me today. I did Firm Super Cardio Sculpt and Firm BSS1 Ab Sculpt. I love when I push myself just a little. I hope to see a loss in the scale tomorrow.
 
I had a good day, late afternoon I did my 2 mile WATP and then in the evening I walked 2 miles on the treadmill.
 
I worked out at Curves, and took a 1 hour hike with DH and a friend. :D
 
50 mins total walking on the treadmill (ick) including my warmup and cooldown

I am finding I much prefer walking outside to the treadmill!
