I get to start it again.

Today I did 60 minutes swimming, 45 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes upper body work.

Who's next?
 
15 minutes on the treadmill, 20 on the bike, and then a 20 minute pilates program. Next? :)
 
I burned some calories this morning. I did the firm fat blasting cardio.

Who's next?????
 
Woohoo step closer to getting back on the bandwagon and working up to daily exercise.


I did 2 miles of my 3 mile WATP dvd. I am so proud of myself now.


I also did 30 crunches on my fitball. :) abs are feeling it now. :Pinkbounc
 

We bought new bicycles today! I haven't ridden in ages, although I practically lived on a bike when I was growing up.

I rode it for 20 min this afternoon. I didn't want to start off doing too much because I want to be able to ride again tomorrow! :moped:
