This morning I ran for 65 minutes and swam for 35 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????????????????????????????
 
Minniespal, your workouts wear me out just reading about 'em! Today I did 50 minutes of circuit training with free weights, cardioglider, and aerobics.
 
40 minutes on my recumbant bike (all time high on the calories burned today: 188)
 
I am counting 3 hours of walking, carrying, hauling, dragging items at our Habitat garage sale. I started at 8:30 am and quit about 6:30 pm. I sat for about 3 hours total. The time that I was moving was hard moving, sweating, with a lot of heavy lifting, throwing boxes, and walking from the back of the parking lot to inside WalMart 3 times to go to the bathroom (which is actually quite a distance). I know it will seem lame to some of you but it was very hard work my legs moved when I moved - sometimes for 90 minutes at a time without sitting and stopping.
 

I worked out at Curves - I really didn't feel like it, but somehow I dragged myself over there and made it through the workout - and felt much better afterwards. The power of exercise! :)
