This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
Treadmill for 45 minutes - 13th day in a row. My problem has always been staying committed and this time I am doing better! I'm really proud of myself. I just MAKE myself go every day - every day, even weekends to keep up the motivation. I had to make it something like bathing that I do every single day.
 
Jogged for 30 minutes this morning. Still shaking off a cold, so I couldn't do much more than that.
 

Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.22 miles in 36:42) and Curves after work. Yay me! :teeth:
 
Two workouts for me too. I did 25 minutes of pilates in the morning and a 40 minute walk in the afternoon.
