This morning I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.
I did the firm super body sculpt

I walked 4.5 miles and did an ab workout and strength training.
1/2hr walk outside this morn before work
im at 8500 steps - need another 1500
I got my mile and a half in at lunch time, it was a bit chilly, but it felt good to be outside.
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work.
I did Firm BSS3 Fat Blasting Cardio in the morning and a new one BSS3 Total Muscle Shaping in the evening. Woohoo two workouts in one day!
