This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

Who's next??????
 
:wave: Good morning, Florence! I just finished 4-1/2 miles on the elliptical and now I am off to get ready for work. Hope eveyone has a great day!!

I just got finished with 30 minutes on the TM. I'm bumping it up to 35 min. tomorrow. Next....
 

25 minutes on the exercise bike and 20 minutes of upper body for me.

count me in for a firm tape and an taebo tape

A rest day for me today.....but I am quite happy about that. My body HURTS from all the snow blowing and shoveling I have been doing. Keep up the good work everybody!!

45 minutes strength training and 15 on the cross trainer.

I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
 
30 minutes recombent bike
20 minutes rowing
40 minutes elliptical

next?????????????????????
 
I went to Curves in the morning, took a short walk in the afternoon and in the evening 45 minutes on the treadmill.
 
I did my MFM training:

5 min warmup at 3MPH
walked/ran for 32 min alternating
4 min walking at 4MPH &
1 min running at 5MPH
5 min cooldown
